1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all services, products, content, and features made available by taya20 through the website taya20.net and any related subdomains, applications, or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

3Eligibility

Access to and use of the taya20 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a taya20 employee or affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded from taya20 or any other online gaming platform under a self-exclusion program.

4Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on taya20, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and a valid Philippine billing address.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the taya20 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with any third party. taya20 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

taya20 reserves the right to decline any registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a specific reason.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

taya20 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction within your taya20 Account.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. taya20 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment sources. Any deposit made from an account not belonging to the registered Player will be subject to investigation and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the required KYC verification process.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to your current Real Money or Bonus Balance must be fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the maximum withdrawal limit applicable to your account tier at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or verified as belonging to the Account holder.

6Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus conditions applicable to all taya20 promotions include the following:

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on the taya20 Platform are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before participating.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the following applies:

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya20 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

9Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya20 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

Upon termination of your Account for cause, taya20 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the withheld balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting taya20 customer support. Upon closure at your own request, any Real Money Balance remaining after settlement of pending wagers will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements at the time of voluntary Account closure will be forfeited.

14Amendments to These Terms

taya20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
